Summer Skin Care Guide for Men

Tips and Tricks for Healthy and Glowing Skin

Cleanse Your Face Twice A Day

Men's skin is oilier than women’s skin. So, cleaning it twice a day with a good quality cleanser or face wash will help remove excess oil and cleanse the pores.

Use Toner

Men's skin tends to be thicker and tougher than a woman's skin. Double cleansing it with toner will help restore the skin’s ph level and reduce the risk of ingrown hairs after shaving.

Exfoliate Thrice A week

Men should go for deep exfoliation 2-3 times a week. It will help remove dead skin cells and bring out the natural glow from within.

Moisturize Daily

Use a lightweight moisturizer with SPF 15. It will help hydrate your skin, delay aging signs to appear, and heal your skin, especially if you have been under the sun too long.

Always Wear SPF

Wear a minimum of SPF 30 or more for at least 30 minutes before heading outdoors. Don’t miss to reapply it after every 2 hours when in the sun.

Use Lip Balm

Guard your lips against harmful UV rays by using a lip balm with SPF.

Don't Over Shave

Don't shave every day in summer. Give your skin a break from daily shaving, allowing it to heal and repair itself.
